Private weapons stash is simply wrong: Shoebridge

Red haze descended over my eyes when I read this article (which I by the way came across on the fullbore list)
3 "weapons" per lisence!?

What a cock.

The way I see it is that because the law enforcements cannot cope with the lawless, we as shooters are targeted through no fault of our own.

Such is the nature of post modern politics, the establishments inability to control and restrain the few dishonest people is corrected by them controlling and restraining the honest many.

The problem being that the honest many seem to welcome this illusion of issues being tackled, when in fact they are only avoided and hidden with political froth. Therefore nothing changes save the erosion of honest peoples diminishing freedoms.

Have a nice day you all now and feel safe. O:-)

salut,

The way I see it is that because the law enforcements cannot cope with the lawless, we as shooters are targeted through no fault of our own.

that is true but also think the Left and the Greens have an ideological agenda of banning private gun ownership full stop and are merely looking at possible justifications for their action.

When a Conservative-man does not like guns he does not buy them ,
when a Lefty-man does not like guns he wants to ban them,

Green: sick, putrid, envious, billeous.

Sums up ANY Green person. Envious that you have a mind of your own, sick mentally with delusions of their own self importance and putrid as in the type of people they REALLY are., self hating bullies.

These retards - and this tadger in particular - once again fail to see that thefts are the fault of criminals not the law abiding
The Greens will introduce legislation to limit gun ownership to three weapons per licence holder later this year following a spike in firearm theft
Thefts, especially of firearms, would drop considereably if householders were allowed to shoot ANY burglar withour prosecution, irrespective of the outcome of his or her wounds..

This dickwad only wants to assist criminals, I doubt very much that his spate of thefts has any real grounding (as per another thread) Rather it is a cover up for the inability of the law agencies to STOP gangs of any colour bringing these weapons in from abroad and using them fearlessly on the streets.

Greens/Liberals - the worst combaination of fascism (which has its roots in the far LEFT). Like the UN dreamers and Obama and his bitch Clinton, not ONE OF THEIR ANTI GUN PROPOSALS WILL EVER STOP A CRIMINAL GETTING A GUN.

What this world needs less of is Green politicans and liberals, not guns. Greens and Liberals are the problem, not the solution.

As for a STASH nof weapons, maybe that would not be a bad idea in case these diddies ever get their way!

As for "needing more than 3", same could be said of cars, kids, knives, screwdrivers, hammers and golf clubs................and Green politicians.
Political Correctness is the language of lies, written by the corrupt , spoken by the inept!

Mr Shoebridge, the party’s firearms spokesperson
I wonder how many firearms the 'spokesperson' has? Or if he's even held one? I'd hazard a guess at none and never.

It's a bit like having a strict muslim as their gay, lesbian and transgender spokesperson. Or a white supremacy supporter as their ethnic minority spokesperson. What a crock of sh!t.

Talking of protecting yourself, according to the local news 6 men with knives held up a spar here in ips yesterday. Not nice for those who were bound and gagged while the shop was cleaned out!

Reading 'does the trigger pull the finger' it says in there that Texas responded to increased violence and spree killings by introducing concealed carry permits.
I found this on a website of CC history

'Sixteen years after the Texas CHL program started, with over 2,000 instructors and more than 450,000 active CHLs, the Texas violent crime rate continues to drop. Texas residents with Texas CHLs can carry in 33 states. As happened in all the other CHL states, concealed carry is working just fine.'
