My certificate dropped on the mat the other day minus two slots they had taken off because it would of taken me above there 12 gun limit.

(I wish I had filled them before applying for re newal.)

But no problem at all with the fact that my last two certificates have never had any ammo entered on them at all even though I am allowed to have 6000 rounds in my posession at any time.

We can hold around 6000 rounds between us as well and have a couple of rifles that have never had a round entered against them on our FAC's. The bit I always wonder about is our wildcats. My 7mm as an example uses 300 SAUM head stamped brass - a calibre not on my ticket, Christel uses 6,5x47 brass, again not on her ticket yet she has just under 200 loaded rounds of the stuff sitting in a safe right now.

Even more interesting is we both have conditions on our FAC's that say something like the holder of this FAC may possess firearms and ammunition held by the holder of FAC xxxxxxxxx so we can legally possess each others rifles and ammo. I do wonder how the conversation would go if I had her 22C in the back of the car with ammunition which seems un-related to either of us.

l always record all my reloads. l reload for 6 different calibres and very rarely buy factory only 22rf. Our PLO thought it was a good idea and l put it around to all the members who reload in the clubs l shoot with. It is also good for keeping records of how much go through my rifles over the years.

100% agree, we record every round built with detailed load data, every round purchased (Usually only 7,62x51 Milsurp and the occasional box of .303) Finally every round fired by rifle, including date, location and weather, on top of that some will have detailed plot sheets for the individual shoots. At any point in time Christel can tell me what we have shot by rifle and what we have left over.

I keep a data book for each rifle I posses logging each round fired but as for keeping records for the police , er no ! They can keep there own records all this data they want makes society no safer but gives them information to use to restrict our freedoms even more.
