Reiver;

Last time I was in Simplyammo at Oldham, Derek had a bunch of K31's on the rack .... all of which looked pretty reasonable. I didn't enquire as to prices etc but for the best information available relating to Swiss rifles, you just cannot beat the Swiss Rifles Forum. I personally own an 1943 vintage K31 and I am delighted with it. Very well made and shoots accurately. What's not to like?

Yeah - Dromia - and possibly the nearest to you as well!

I see you are going to have to have a trip out in the Micra of Doom down the A68 to Gateshead one day...

If you are planning on shooting cast then the K11/G11 is the way to go - the K31 has quite a short leade which limits the choice a touch!

Otherwise the K31 for what you want. You ought to be able to find one more reasonably priced also.

Whilst I have no knowledge of either vendor, the very briefest of google searches reveals at least one K11 on gunstar and a G11, (just like mine!), here;

Have a look at these on Guntrader:

I bought mine from the first seller - more than happy with it.

Getting a cast boolit to work in a K31 is NOT easy! Which is one more reason to get a 96/11 which is a doddle to load cast boolits for.
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
