Apparently, and I stress the tenuous nature of this "fact", this was down to some smart-arse, in a meeting with the HO about banning semis, making comment about how he could shoot just as fast with a pump...

I just had a look at these on YouTube......how come they are UK legal whereas other pump action rifles aren't?, genuine question as I don't know

It was a neat idea but the shooting position was awful, you could only operate it properly standing and not at all lying down as you couldn't reach forward far enough from a good prone position.
That was possibly based on the ADCOR Defense design that Sabres US Exporter was also the rep for. ADCOR have a patent for that system.

Wonder what they think of Troys effort?

Oh my poor eyes!

WHY?!

It's like some rogue assault rifle humped a shotgun and left the unnatural offspring at the side of the road. ;)

Actually I prefer the fix stock version. Why? Well it's the closest to a semi auto 308 I will ever own over here, but mainly it's different.

No idea, I went to shoot at Otterburn last year with a mix of clubs and a guy there had one. Couldn't believe how fast it could go bangbang

I saw one in an RFD near Leeds a while ago. I really liked it but most forum members really didn't :-)
I suppose it's not a traditional pump action, not sure what you'd classify it as though

I would never have thought that some U.S. States would ban most self loading rifles ! Amazing ! In CT you need a cerficate to buy all firearms and ammo and has to be renewed just like ove here
