Apologies!

When technology fails we pay the price.
However we are back now, maybe slightly flaky initially but we are here.

3 hours down time on a Friday afternoon, one would have thought that whatever maintenance they were doing they could do it at night!

Right, back to what you do best, post!

Thank goodness for that, I thought I was going daft this afternoon. I had to completely clear out Firefox after it scrambled the look of our database, trying to put all my bookmarks back - thought my memory had gone when the only one that didn't work was this one!!

Tend not to have my personal email up at work. My phone usually lets me know if I have new mail but not today!!

Ah well, that is interesting.

First time I contacted them I was told it was maintenance. Then it was service related. Last answer was it was a problem with the DNS zone of the domain.
