Found it, the company I was thinking of is http://www.vapensmia.no/ however I cannot see any reference to the Blaser on the site. I have mailed someone I know in Norway to see if they can help any.

Many thanks for Info Ovenpaa, Would be great if they could make a 30in 7mm Heavy profile barrel for f class for the blaser.
