I've had some really good results with reloading Privi brass - having shot several hundred Privi with my SMLE, and then shooting the reloads...with out any doubt the reloaded groups are half the size.

I was using Privi bullets, but weighed them into 5 groups with 0.5 gn difference between each group - I'm not sure what difference this made, but I found the best results came from neck sizing only - the one-fired case shoulders were a totaly diferent shape...and by neck sizing only they fitted the chamber perfectly...

...if you hold your No.4 with the muzzle on the floor, and drop (literally) a factory round into the chamber; does it rattle, or drop in perfect?

I've just been FL resizing some privi brass.

Ive just put a Simmons 1-5 Whitetail scope on my rifle with the intention of doing Mcqueens with it.

I was impressed with the groups I got. Tbh at £55 per 100 its hardly worth reloading
