The four people running Bisley Live were Roger Marriott, Andrew Marriott, Simon Barr and Selena Masson (who was in charge of media and had own media company Tweed Media). Tweed seems to have vanished. Simon and Selena have since married and are now doing other things as far as I can see.

Someone told me the Marriotts had a yacht but I'm sure thats nice and safe too ****

Conspiracy theory time. I don't have a clue about what has gone on but reading the thread.........was someone trying to take the NRA down?
Only my cynical thoughts.

One would hope not as Selena still has links to the new journal publisher!

Don't think so - fairly sure they were out to make a fast buck but it didn't work. Problem is the NRA are left to pick up the pieces

Not good for the nice people from the NRA who have to try and get back on track and build up again.
Is this why the NRA had to restructure?

Nope I think that was on the cards before Bisley Live - however I would imagine it hasn't helped!

Heard Bisley Live organizers owe the NRA 100k+

Is that true?

It was mentioned in a previous thread http://www.full-bore.co.uk/viewtopic.ph ... 490#p67490 and I responded
Bisley Live - sigh! Not sure how much I can say. General Council have been told that Westech have not paid and I have heard that the company has been put into liquidation. However I have not had the second part confirmed.

Maybe have more answers after General Council next Saturday
However at GC that Saturday back in Feb we were told that Westech had not been put into liquidation and we were taking them to court over the unpaid bill.

I haven't heard any more since

If they are/were in liquidation or receivership the NRA will have very little chance, certainly based on my personal experiences in the past.
