Bold Action has .308

You may be able to get them to bring some to The Phoenix :good:

Hmmm, those ammo prices look very good - especially the military surplus stuff !

As an aside, does one need any special dispensation on one's stiffycate to purchase tracer?

Home office guide

Chapter three prohibited weapons

3.14

Blah blah - this includes missiles containig napalm blah blah

It does not include tracer rounds.

I bought them, admittedly over ten years ago, on my 'normal' FAC

They did highlight for me how a .22 round will richochet off wet grass!

Can buy them as per normal ammo but as usual the problem is there is not enough demand...and there's always someone on a shoot who gets all p1ssy because you are lighting up the sky.

Joking apart, how many shooters WOULD buy them if they were available.....OK in "summer" there may be some downtime when they cannot be used but since it is usually raining why not.

Just a note, they are prohibited at Bisley, probably at other ranges too.

Some MoD ranges allow tracer to be used on ETR ranges which is fun.

OK on my range. Just cannot seem to get 'em anyplace. Back in the day they were a real blast.

You might wanna give Chris a ring at Ammozone as he sometimes has tracer.
