The farmers were arguing about this when my Aunt and Uncle had a small dairy farm in Mid Wales and that was probably 45 years ago. The only difference is the locals did use a slightly different ROE..

I stand on my right to strongly disagree.
But then it is certain political suicide ( and for those involved) for any government/assembly to open up a cull.
We can't even dock puppies, FFS! So what hope is there for a rational managemant programme.
We shall just have to agree to disagree. ( Bet Sweden doesn't have this problem, nor France)
