Re: Best place to buy reloading gear
Reloading Solutions are a good alternative and Brian Fox or Hannams are both worth a look and will post things out.

Dare I say - Your local gunshop?
Whilst he/she may not have everything you want in stock (they might though - mine is an Aladdin's Cave!) they will be more than happy to order it in for you (Well most will!) and it will be a resource you can turn too on your doorstep - see/handle products before parting with cash and have advice on tap.

Wish I could agree with you because I would willingly support local businesses, unfortuanately my local dealer is one of the big ones and they only sell the fast selling items. Asking them to order things in is a complete waste of time because it never arrives or they sell it to someone else and not reserve it for you despite leaving contact details and even being prepared to pay up front. The result is that I buy most of my stuff on my travels or have it sent over from the U.S. which always works out cheaper and faster even after Royal Mail have had their cut.

Don't forget SH items on ebay are a good way of saving money and building up what is an expensive second hobby on its own right,

The gun shop we use most is Fenland Rural Sports and that is an 80 mile round trip or twenty quid in fuel, FRS is well stocked and the staff very friendly, we get 10% discount and there is a good chip shop in the village but it does need to be a special occasion in order to head over that way.
The alternative is I stick my head into F*ltons at Bisley (Mea culpa) or buy on-line. If I am going to buy on-line then unless I need it *now* I may as well look at the USofA which means I am directly contributing to the demise of the gun shop in the UK. A sad state of affairs.
There is always the option of Newark or the Phoenix where I know I can order something from someone like Brian Fox and pick the bits up on the day, otherwise bargains for the sort if things I am looking for are very few and far between.
