It's not. So long as the supplier does not hold more than a 30% market share (Hatsan do not) they can operate on an exclusive or sole distributor basis - this does not come under competition law because it is a vertical arrangement i.e. between supplier and distributor, as opposed to being between two or more suppliers, or two or more distributors.Chuck wrote:MONOPOLIES????? As to bringing in Hatsan stuff:
1) The MPA model is available in the UK
2) If you want the stock on its own ring EB, get the stock code and price, ring an RFD, have them order it in.
3) If you can't get what you want here because EB won't play ball, import it yourself from a retailer abroad
