What is it - WWII German large calibre semi auto rifle?

#1 Post by Dangermouse »

Just saw this on a program called "storm troopers", was not actually watching the program but was flicking through when this caught my eye. It fired a 3 rounds in semi or full auto mode and I initially thought it was one of the AI .50 cal semi autos, when I realised it was a bit out of theatre and before it's time.

Any ideas what it might be?

That looks like the beast, I knew we had a few anti vehicle rifles in bolt action, but had never seen a semi auto before,
