Found this in my shed, not sure what is used for but I’m guessing it is for forming a roll crimp on a cartridge case.

Hi,

yup its a roll turnover tool, but one for short cases (well its alot shorter than the ones i had)

any makers stamps on it

There is, but I can't read it, I will work on it. It is stamped London. And It is well travelled, it came to me from someone who had just returned from N.Z.
