I'm pretty sure Henry Krank does one. A mate gave me one when i owned a black powder, colt walker pistol. Unfortunately i passed it to the new owner of the pistol when i sold it. He keeps a few for his odd black powder guns of odd lengths.

Mk1 pistol cleaning rod. The rod length excluding the handle with jag is 16" and .3125" diameter so robust enough to deal with a fair amount of abuse, the handle is knurled brass with an ebony handle on it to give a firm grip and make pulling it back easier and the rod rotates in the handle.
