Shooting Certification Card, that time of year.

Folks, it is that time of year again.

Good news is that from renewal it is valid for 4 years, irrespectively of it being issued by your local club or the NRA.

mine expires 31 december, is it the same one?

Yes, I would think so. The NRA is busy issuing cards to clubs for their members and also to the members of the NRA who prefer to have one issued by the NRA.

I renewed through the NRA last year and got issued the 4 year card. Really a good idea by the NRA as the old system was such pain in the ar** and I once missed a shoot because my certification had expired!

Ours club SCC's should be issued December Spud.

If you are a full member of the NRA they can issue you one directly as well, free of charge :goodjob:
