If it was me, I would buy the butt piece and have a look at it and then decide if it was something I could do.

Alternatively, you could buy another stock to modify, that way you still have the original.

I put one on my TR, but had to grind down the bit that fits the stock to stop it overlapping, and made a bit of a hash of it - I'll get a new one, and check it for fit - then mull over whether I can make a better job of it second time round. Thank's for the links - at least I can get a replacement stock...but not cheap!

Btw: What does NESSEC stand for?
