The Cat problem is easily solved. A .22 in the left ear.
Obviusily joking.
Am I reading this right you want cast bullets you dont want them lubed and you dont want them gas checked.

You do know this is a tumble lube bullet don't you and it works best with a fast twist. I am busy at the moment but will try and sort some out for you next week.

I usually just toss them in Lee Alox, only running them at about 900fps.
There's room for all Gods creatures, next to the mash and gravy :)
