Moulds from NOE or MP - DUTY
Anyone bought from them recently and can tell me what percentage you ended up paying in fees when arriving in the UK?

MP have 25% off right now so I cracked and ordered a few moulds. Delivery by DHL so not sure on the duty side of things.

Plus a handling fee which ranges from £8 to 15 depending on delivery company.

If the supplier ships via FedEx or DHL the shipping fee will automatically include all taxes and duty and it's couriered to your door. If it's USPS then it goes to Parcelforce and tax, duty and handling fee will be added to the original shipping costs and you probably have to go to a Parcelforce depot to pay and collect. This has been my recent experiences.

As a guide I usually bank on about 22-25% for duty, VAT and handling fee.
Obviously the smaller the item cost the larger the percentage due to the handling fee becomes but it works as a guide.
And then you often don't get charged if the total order price is low enough.

I ordered 3x500ml bottles of Ballistol from Germany which arrived today via Parcel Force, on time and with no extra costs (which was nice!)
I always seem to incur extra costs when stuff is ordered from the US!
