Spring for 45" .22 Pre War Sporting Pattern Bsa Improved Model D
Spring for 45" Pre War Bsa Improved Model D. I recently obtained a very nice example of this rifle. Has anyone resprung one of these. Which spring did you use. I was thinking a Titan Airsporter spring ?

I buy a lot of stuff off Chambers. They are an old family business who have traded for decades until Paul Chambers died from cancer in 2006 at the sad age of 44. The business was taken on by a couple of friends who continue to serve the shooting community.
