A club member has given up shooting and today was giving away cartridge cases. He gave me about a 100 very clean shiny Federal .223 cases, de-primed and primer pocket swaged/de-crimped.
I thought I would check them just in case with my cartridge headspace gauge and aargh they will all need to go through the f/l die again and be trimmed to length.
But anyway they're free cases and I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth as they say.
Looking a a gift horse etc
