.22-250 is not .223Rem.
Yes, I can appreciate that high spin rates can cause bullets to come apart, and I have seen it. Not with commercial or responsibly loaded 223Rem though, and I doubt that standard NATO M193 (or equivalent) will spin apart in a 1:7".
