PL.7 Targets - Anyone know where we can buy 50-100 please?

Hi, folks help please.
Spoke to the nice people at the NSRA this week (May 8th 2019) in order to buy some PL.7 targets but a) they don't have any in stock and b) the sole manufacturer of them is having quality problems? and cannot advise a date when the will be able to supply them.....Phone the NRA 5 minutes later to be told that they don't stock them and they directed me back to the NSRA.
We have a comp coming up shortly where this target is specified so anyone have any idea where we can purchase 50-100 of these targets please? Many thanks, KW.
