Ross M10 Front sight adjustment

Hi all.

My Ross is impacting a touch off to the right and wish to adjust this.
The Front sight assembly (Hood) looks as though someone previous has had fun with a screwdriver.


Is there a method / tool I can use to save me moving all the screws please ?

The penny has finally dropped ...… I have noticed the windage drum as I flipped up the rear sight
A minor case of got the gear, but no idea...
