Re: fullbore rifles
There are half a dozen at least at our Club - mostly in 6.5 Creedmoor but a couple have opted for the 260 Rem.
They do seem to shoot incredibly well right out of the box.
Either calibre will serve you well but the 260 Rem. guys thought the 260 may give better 800 - 1000 yd performance.

Re: fullbore rifles
Can't comment on the rifle but the 260 is such a great cartridge. I'm sure the CM and other 6.5s are as well, the 6.5 bullet is so much better than the equivalent 30cal offerings.
I have a Rem700 that I rebarrelled in 260Rem, and according to the BDC turrets that came with the scope I fitted, the drops are the same as 300WM out to 400 and only a click or two different right out to 1000yds with my loading of 140SMKs. In a test out to 600 it needed ¼ of the wind compared to a 308 with 175 matchkings when shot alongside.

You won’t be disappointed.

Re: fullbore rifles
I have the T3 stainless super varmint in 260 rem.
Tack driver out of the box. 108 scenars and N150.
It was a special order due to calibre - had to wait 6 months.

Re: fullbore rifles
I have the 6.5 creedmoor version of the Tikka T3 and it is fantastic. It is incredibly accurate and I notice very little if any recoil. The build quality is excellent, I really can't fault it.
Re: fullbore rifles
A lad in my club has one, and it is brilliant.
