Wanting a ak or ar straight pull in 223/5.56
Hi does anyone know of any private sellers or a rfd selling a second hand ak or ar In 223/5.56 . The rifle must have a couple of magazines, be impeccable, ideally come with a moderator. Looking ideally for under a grand. Thanks

What part do you think I need luck for dellboy. I’ve seen second hand aks sell for 650 and a ar for under a grand. Granted it’s been a while since I’ve been shooting but have things changed. I’m just curious in case I’ve missed something. Cheers

5.56mm AK very wrong Comrade!......5.56mm calibre of Capitalist West is insult to Glorious 7.62x39/5.45x39 AK of The Motherland
On a serious note what about a new one for £835?......the Bulgarian AK's are very well made and extra 30r mags are available

Hi I’ve been in touch with Oleg and think this may what I’ll be doing. Also add on the scope rail. It’s just for general plinking nothing overly serious. I like the 5.56 as it’s cheaper to run.snayperskaya wrote:5.56mm AK very wrong Comrade!......5.56mm calibre of Capitalist West is insult to Glorious 7.62x39/5.45x39 AK of The Motherland

Not in my area it's not; usually around £30/100 for 7.62 x39; more like £40 for 5.56

Hi Andy I was thinking in comparison to 7.62/308 but my apologies for not stating that.

If you went for one of the Rusmilitary 7.62x39 AKM's you could use any military 7.62x39 AK mag, these are cheaper and more far more common than .223/5.56mm AK mags......and 7.62x39 ammo is cheaper.
Had mine over 5 years and as good today as when I got it and it has had thousands of rounds through it....all milsurp.
