However, UK spec Taurus LBRs are built in the Brasilian factory as UK spec, then shipped here. Hence s1.
In your Opinion.
For what its worth ................its also the opinion of BASC .
And also the opinion of a leading Insurance company who I believe have told one RFD that they will not give him legal insurance cover if he deals in converted Sect 5 .
And one of the UK's largest fireams importers , who did tell me they had taken and paid for legal advice .

Well, after all this, I've spoken with my supplier,3 relevant authorities with high ranking have signed off on what I and many others have been supplied with, and what has been a issue with some on here,...

I could put something crass, but why bother,I'm fully informed and now rest assured...

Yep, it certainly is my opinion. Based on 26 years of interpreting the law on a daily basis and having been the OIC in complex investigations. So actually a fairly well informed opinion...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Ok so I spoke with the manufacturer of the Europa today.

Will update the thread in a while, just going for a run with the Wife.

But it explains how the Europas and certain others are Legally ok in the U.K.

Brilliant news! Can you let me know who and what authorities? As I said very early on I would love one in my cabinet, but went really cold on the idea when I read from what the S&W LBRs are assembled from. But, if the situation is different, my interest has been reignited! Who?

The manufacturers of the Iraqi "supergun" were told it was OK to press on by the authorities, who later decided to prosecute them....
