Does anyone know any midland based clubs that do mini rifle or falling steel plates?

We do.

In fact we are about to launch a dedicated practical mini rifle range, over 100 targets, 180 degree cof distances from 5m to 100m. Should be ready Friday.

Closed to new members, which I think I've seen mentioned before, both a good sign (lots of enthusiasm) and a bad sing (not enough ranges)
