I agree to an extent that some of the .22 LBPs are watered down versions of their bigger brothers.
For me UK LBPs fall into 2 kind of segments, serious SB comp guns and fun / practical guns.
I know my glock won’t compete out to 50m (although I will trial it) but it will be fine for practical and up to 25m comps. I did spec a small diameter dot in the trijicon for some precision!
