Primers not going into some GGG .223 cases

I use the same sort of tool in my lathe it takes seconds to remove the crimp.

I seem to remember a thread somewhere, I thought on this forum, about primers and .223... basically the CCI 400 are not recommended either.
I think someone was getting flattened and pierced primers with moderate loads.

Edit: Found the thread...it does mention the Rem 6 1/2 not being suitable..
