I'm new to this reloading game so a couple of questions if I may.......
Is it necessary to full length resize every reload?
Does a full length resize every time shorten the life of the brass at all?
Which lube system would be the best? wax or pad?
I'm sure there was something else but cant think of it now!
Ahh yes......
Would annealing say after every 3 reloads give me more reloads than not annealing?

what calibers you reloading? as a lot of the answers depend on that

What are your goals - match-winning accuracy, maximum possible case-life? something else?
What type of firearms are you shooting - well-used mil-surps, modern stiff-actioned rifles with match-grade chambers/barrels?

I would suggest you get a reloading manual and read the first 50 pages as they will give you the why's and wherefore's of reloading procedures
I say this as it's difficult to answer your questions without typing for half an hour to cover all bases
So have a read and then try and get your head around it first
Your profile says North-ish, if you narrow it down a bit more, there maybe someone local to you who will be willing to offer some mentoring
