The .300 blackout was a surprise to me - had no idea the powder volume was so small !

Using a 125 to 250gr .30 FMJ bullet there would (typically) be around 9 to 22gr of H110, Reloader 7, AA1680 etc powder. For mine I use the 168gr Nosler CC over 17.2 of H110, gives about 1950fps so around 1400FtLb/1900 joules of energy.

For indoor use a 165gr cast rnfp over 3.4gr of N310, around 900fps and 290FtLb/400 Joules
There's room for all Gods creatures, next to the mash and gravy :)
