All I can say is WOW. I love it.
I thought I might have to fasten it down to use it. But no I just sat it on my computer desk shoved the key board out the way and set to. I have been full length re sizing 6.5x55 cases using a mixture for comparison of Redding and Lee dies. I smeared the cases with a light coating of Hornady unique case lube. Like a hot knife through butter comes to mind I can not believe how smooth the thing is. Full length resizing is a doddle. I have not tried priming on it yet as the next step is to trim all the cases to uniform length then batch them by headstamp.
But like I said WOW.
I can not believe they stopped making these things they are the dogs danglies. I can also use it with my L.E.Wilson neck sizing gear using it as a arbor press. I'm thinking this is going to be my go to press in future for all my reloading. Money well spent in my opinion. It came with cast boolit sizing equipment as well I'm not sure I will make use of that. But I might have a experiment if I can work out how they fit together on the press.
As for fit and finish well its a very old piece of kit but it seems to be in good nick for its age I ran a tap down the die holder thread to clean it up before use other than that I have done nothing to it except give it a good clean.
Oh and I love the way all the primers end up in a little pot and you just tip them out when you are finished it holds a goodly amount as well.
All in all I'm well pleased.
Question= Do the Lyman/RCBS sizing dies and top punches work in them or are the sizers etc specific to the Wamadet.

IS yours an early one or a later?
The early model has a phosphor bronze bushing behind where the die fits (the round part that the main stem rides in)
I've also got the hand-held version....got that when the firm was running down prior to closing & they were selling all the presses off.
Wish I'd got both back then.

H&I dies and top punches work fine in the Wamadet.
The press is that good that RCBS copied it with their Summit press.
