Book on Mosin history 1941-1945

#1 Post by Fredbloggs »

Hi

Just thought all you fans of bang sticks from Russia might like to have a look at a book I got sent last week!

It is called 'M91/30 Rifles and M38/M44 carbines in 1941-1945' by Alexander Yuscheko, and is a very interesting book about the rifles and very unusual, all the accessories that went with them in that time frame.
It is translated from the original book by a Ryan Elliot.
I will post a couple of picture for you to have a look at, It is a hard back and came at a fair price considering the limited no. of prints.

Best regards

Fred

I will a couple more in another post as only allowed 3 per post

Hi

I spotted a review on the book on 'Forgotten Weapons' and emailed the author straight away, who said that he had only a couple of copies left (most of the copies went to the states I believe), so for the price (£30 including p&p) I thought I would give it a go and ordered it with pay pal and it arrived within 3 weeks and I am very impressed, not only with the book but also with the way Alex kept emailing me progress etc.
Several of my mates have already borrowed it, looks like I will have to issue library cards as I'm going to forget who's got it 8-)

Best regards

Fred
