Lee loader in .303
I have a range day this weekend. The guy I am mentoring has taken a shine to my Lee Enfield. I set out to load some ammo for it. I seem to have lost my .303 full length sizing die. Can I heck find it. So I thought what to do. I have a Lee loader in .303 so it seemed like the logical thing to do. So I spent a pleasant couple of hours improvising I used the Lee loader to neck size using a small mallet. I primed the cases using a Lee auto prime. I used a scale and RCBS powder thrower to dispense the powder. I seated the bullet using a L.E.Wilson type seating die with a arbor press. I did all this sat at my computer desk. A very enjoyable evening.

It's very enjoyable using something so simple to produce ammo, and it's even more so when it produces consistently accurate ammo. I use a Zero Error Target Model for my .222rem and I'm getting excellent results with it.

If you have an arbour press then you can use that with the Lee loader rather than the hammer.
I use my Wamadets with the Lee loaders, a doddle.

The Arbor press is designed to be used with L.E.Wilson type neck die they struggle with the Lee loader for some reason. I have all ready stripped the gearing on one of the Sinclair type. I need a Wamadet but they are like rocking horse droppings now a days.
