I love the feeling of the Shadow but I just don't get on with the trigger.

This is my current IPSC gun, doesn't quite fit as well, but the trigger is so much better.



I didn't get a revolver for a long, long time. Glad I finialy did as they are great fun to shoot.

This is my new (to me) 686 - no dash.

You could do what i did, fitted a trigger from CZ custom turning the CZ 75 spo1 into single action.

Yeah, I did think about it but you are giving up too many rounds in Standard, and the extra weight of the TS is a huge advantage.

It's only a stop gap gun until I buy a 40 anyway, I've ordered one and just waiting for it now.

I am not sure of the histoty of the pistol, you would need to be into some serious competition shooting to justify it. I would be more interested in the one bellow.

Description: Luger P08 1917 all matching numbers (except Mag) Shoots well and is very tight- you will not find cheaper ...find another one! This pistol was originally a war trophy from WW1. It was brought to the Isle of Man, and there it lay, long forgotten until 2000, since then it has been in a collection, and has only been shot a few times. The grip number match the gun! Most decent lugers have been chopped in the UK

Had a 1917 Erfurt about 30 years ago, cost £225, got £250 at hand in.

Finally picked up these two recently, thought I'd take the opportunity to show them off.

CZ75 SP-01 Shadow in 9mm and S&W 686-3 in .357 mag

Very nice! I have debated purchasing a CZ75 for a long time. They are very affordable here, usually on sale for under $600 every couple of months at the local sporting goods store.

I have a S&W 686 4", a retirement gift from the company where I worked for 22 years. They threw in a case of 1,000 .38 special rounds to go with it! The 686 is perfection in a revolver, at least for me. I previously had a S&W 28 4" and sold it once I got the 686 as it did everything I wanted in a .357 revolver in a bit less bulk and weight.

I bought a S/W 686 wating on the paper work comming trough, looking forward to shooting it. Some nice revolvers for sale here.
