No 4 mk 2 Scope Mount

#1 Post by Grizzly »

I'm
Looking at the following no gunsmith steel scope mounts to put on my Leen Enfield. I've heard the Fulton's has good reviews and is cheaper at £135 the other mentions new and improved for 2015. Wandered if anyone has used either and is one better than the other?

Thanks,

My No4 Mk2 came with a mount (the earlier one) and it seemed fine, rock solid with no wobble and easy enough to fit (I did'nt fit it but I did remove it). Preferred shooting iron sights though so took it off.

I have had a Fulton one fitted to my No4 for the past 4 years never had an issue, must have put several thousand rounds through it no loss of zero.

Looks great, thanks for pics. What magnification is the scope on that one?

The Fultons one is good, but in my opinion the Armalon one is better it has a different lock up system but more expensive

I have had a Fulton mount on my 7.62 No.4 Mk2 conversion for a number of years and it has always been rock solid.

The Fultons mount is very good. Even recommended by Capt Laidler on the Milsurps forum.

Went for the Fultons one in the end. Glad I did, excellent quality, nice fit and solid feel being steel. Shame their customer service isn't at the same level but hey ho.
