Hi guys. Moving on from my post looking at the 17 Hornet, and the views you guys have on the caliber, what do you think of the Ruger 204, it will be used for long range ground vermin and corvids.

It will certainly do what you want.

The 204 Ruger is like a death ray on crows, vaporises them, two feet and some feathers left if you are lucky.

Flat shooting and destructive on small vermin, but you need to know your wind.

Get a CZ 527 the triggers are wonderful. and the detachable magazine is a nice feature.

As Dromia says, the 204 results are spectacular, add the CZ527 and you have the best of the bunch. Accuracy, efficiency and a well priced package.
