I shoot 146 grain Privi bullets in front of 40 grains of Tubal 3000 out to 900 yards in my 308 target rifle. I find them very good up to 600 yards and moderately good at 900 but not as good as 155g Lapua Scenars at the longer distance. Privi @ about £18 per 100, LS @ £35 per 100, you get what you pay for.
From personal experience I'd say Privi bullets are okay for plinking and zeroing a new scope to get on paper and that's about it. As has been pointed out they are not at all consistent in weight.

Grade them by weight...? then use those that are close to each other, i used to do that with whole rounds of .22 Ely Club & it was then as good as TenX.
The PPU HPBT 147 grn were fine to 900 but 1000yds no match to 2215 - 155grn Sierra match kings. 1.5 to 1.75 moa vs 0.5-1.0 out of a good rifle.

He looks on the site Egun.de for the best deal at the time....but he has other suppliers (think he may be at the range with it being Monday - plus he said the Mr Grumpy RCO is away so he's got some full power rifle loads to zero)
They've gone up in the last 6 months or so but still work out cheaper than the PRVI "Match" 168s and are much better.
Saddler, to be accurate I said "Full Power armour piercing 50cal rounds"
Lets just hope Dromia doesn't read this thread !
Only Dodgy Roger and the poor bugger opening up at the range when I rang tonight, it's too foggy to even try to find it at the moment!, one wrong turn and I could end up in the river!

Yeah I have done that, tried them out in a few rifles. 25-06, .303, 8mm Mauser. I found them okay for zeroing and plinking but that was about it for me, I would never have used them for say hunting. Glad they worked out for you, I'm probably just being to picky but that's just me.

Can you expand on getting bullets for less from Europe please
