Our Guy in Latvia

#1 Post by ozone »

.

Did anybody watch Our Guy in Latvia last night?

Guy Martin traced his ancestry back to Latvia and during the
show he watched some reenactors, reenact a battle between
German and Russian forces from the second world war.

It made good viewing and the weapons on display were awesome.

I love the Baltic states & it sounds very interesting. What channel was it on ? Available on "catch-up" ?

I caught the last 2 minutes of it last night. Hopefully it will be on catch-up or be shown again at some point.

Lol, oh the irony, a bloke from Lincolnshire tracing his roots back to Latvia, I expect if he looks hard enough around Boston and Spalding area he'll find a distant relative whose only recently moved over.
