Play silly games, win silly prizes.

Not sure where the issue is here about the Ruger?
Military use of the 10/22 perhaps?? The 10/22 saw widespread (though with "special units") use in VietNam - replacing the Nylon 66 for certain tasks
IDF using the 10/22?? The IDF have been using the 10/22 for "less lethal" crowd control for some time (decades)

The Nylon 66 was one of a few semi auto .22LR rifles used in Vietnam and Cambodia before the 10/22 was adopted which is interesting as in my experience the Nylon 66 seems to cope better with dirt and is less susceptible failures in temperature or weather extremes.

The IDF seems to take hearing and head protection to the extreme on their gallery ranges, I dare say if they came over to my local club, they would require the targets to throw bottles and rocks at them in order to score well!

No offence to our Israeli brothers and sisters though, just a bit of fun, don't want Mossad knocking on the door!

Greetings all,

the IDF have been using suppressed 10/22's for many years now, they are also know as Hushpuppy's due to the special forces using them to take out dogs and lights when they go into Palestine.
