This rifle is surplus to my club's requirements, so needs to go to a new home. It's a Winchester P14 action converted to .308. Apart from proof marks, the only other marks on the barrel are LBS and 14" twist. It has an Alfred Parker 'Matchmaker' foresight, Parker Hale P14 Mk VII rearsight, the trigger is marked Brindles M and the stock has an accessory rail with a hand stop.
Looking for £150 with buyer to pay RFD fees.

Wow what a bargain, the rifle is worth considering just for the trigger alone, very good luck with the sale.
Re: P14 based Target Rifle .308
Yes the Brindles is a very good 2 stage trigger and the Numrich cock-on-opening speedlock kit works OK with it whereas the 2 lever Timney type triggers don't.
The LBS is a "light bullet special" Schultz & Larsen barrel which I believe George Swenson specified to get the best out of the RG 144gr 7.62, which back in the 70's was of variable accuracy.
