POA generally means to me if you have to ask its not worth asking, I remember a section 5 mainland dealer had a good one for £750, something tells me (and I believe the same guy has had others that have sold) that they are more than that. He must be getting them from a seller in the US as he seems to get them very irregularly.

That could have been a section 7.3. What a joke.

It is when you can buy this live firing one here. 1918 Luger, all matching serial numbers
Offers £800 or above. PS The Artillery model is rarer and more expensive, I think someone would need their head looked at if they paid that for a deactivated one.

All you need to know is Section 2 = Shotgun, or smoothbored musket type fireams either over and under or side by side or semi auto / pump with a MAX of 3 rounds.
The Act only restricts the number of rounds in the magazine, not the maximum within the gun. You can for example 'ghost load' a pump or auto and have a total of 4 cartridges in the gun. If the gun had some bizarre double/triple/quuad barrel layout you could also have more in the gun, just as long as there was only 2 in the magazine

Don't forget using small cartridges in a magnum chambered shotgun too.

Nope that would be illegal as there would be more than 2 cartridges in the magazine
