Army Operational Shooting Comp. Bisley 2015.

Is there a write up or results table anywhere for the comp? Lots of bitching, moaning and anti Brit rhetoric going on in the US and Canada about the girl who apparently won outright (a canuck) not being given the Queens medal! I cant get my head around the eligibility issues for the prizes but looking on Wiki it states that the Canadians are eligible.

AOSC?

My understanding was that that was a forces only shooting competition with distinct regular and reserve parts. I was also under the impression it was held on the MoD ranges at Ash and Pirbright and not Bisley.

Are you thinking of another competition?

You can tell the author of that blog is "colonial". He hasn't quite mastered the British ability for selling one's self short. ;)

He also points out at the start that the medal is awarded for the top placed British army participant in that specific competition, so I don't know why he is whinging about it. Canadian forces get awarded their own each year, so if she is as good as her dad claims, then she should clear those up.
