Re: Reloading Confusion
Just letting you know the latest update. I contacted Redding and they asked me about the markings stamped into the dies to confirm I had the correct ones.
Once I told them about the measurements I had taken, they said they would send me 2 new expander balls for the dies, they did not confirm there was a problem though.
So hopefully my problem is now going to be resolved, I must say the Redding customer service guy was very helpful.

Re: Reloading Confusion
Thanks for the update T-Man...it'll be interesting to see how the new ones measure; and hopefully find that that was the issue...
I confess I've been slack and not contacted Redding myself yet...I thought it might be a palaver, but from what you've said it sounds cool; so I'll get it sorted

Re: Reloading Confusion
Well be honest I was a bit lazy and only just got around to it myself.
I emailed them around 10pm, got a response within 20 mins or so. I sent them the info they asked for the next morning and when they got to work around 2pm UK time, they contacted me to say they were shipping the parts. Great response time from them.
I used the 'contact us' section of their website, using this you can supply your address so it is really easy.
