I'm far from an expert.... hell I'm using £20 Aldi Specials, but surely you'd be looking at some surgical grade ultrasonic cleaners with pumps for the job you're after.

If something provides a flow, then surely you'd need to pump a flow through it and have the ultrasonic cleaning going through the flow also...

Something like this: http://www.surgiclean.com/ ??

I have no affiliation, or experience in this field though...

i would expect they have some sort of mesh / gauze filter in them, and its that that clogs, so the ultrasonic just attacks/cleans these

Alpha, I have been using James Products Limited (JPL) ultrasounds for years and find them great quality. They have a whole range for just about any purpose. They are a UK company and their service is great. I currently use their 3MX which has a lot of features not found on the Aldi type, but you pay a premium. Google 'James Products Limited'

+1 for the JPL. I have the 7000 model. It takes about 50-60 .303 or .308 cases standing upright, sprinkled with a couple of teaspoons citric acid and filled with warm water then several 8 minute cycles. Cleans out the primer pockets and all the soot from inside the cases. Citric acid about £5 per kilo.

You won't be disappointed with the performance - and you can clean your cases!
