I certainly could feel my shoulder after firing 175SMK's at approaching 3000fps yesterday and some of the others were shooting 210's and 220's at high MV's. Shoot 75-100 of these and you certainly know it the following morning so I am always interested to read/hear about people who get good results at 1000x with the 'skinny burds' of the bullet world. I think this is why Christel gets on so well with her 80 grains SMK's in the 22-47. Virtually no recoil, which means you can concentrate as much on the 80th shot as you did the first.
