Become a s5 RFD, every chance. Emigrate to a more free society, again, every chance. Join the IDF, then a distinct possibility.

Straight pull in the UK? Not a snowball's chance in hell......
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Now there's optimism! :D

I suppose people might have thought the same of the L129A1 Sharpshooter - but someone got up and made it happen.

The L129 made a little sense. It was a new Concept for the British and in a platform that was one, already available in the UK and tried and tested.

The Tavor is a little known Israeli rifle of a bullpup configuration. Bullpup a are not popular in the UK anyway, and I reckon that's down to the SA80. Other bull pups have been available in the UK, in straight pull, the AUG and the M17 and never did well.

I've had a feel of a Tavor, but not shot it... wouldn't want one in SA or straight pull!
