Credit when it is due.

Renewal was handled in good time, professionally, and accurate.

Leads to a question...as the new licence has a start date next month....do I use the new one, or still use the old one??

I thought you had to send in your old when applying for renewal, so you should only ever have one.

in any case, I'd suggest the new one is the one to use.

I know they're snowed under, I'm finally seeing light at the end of my variation debacle that's gone on over 2 months... nice to see they're handling some stuff in good time :) Can't fault the professionalism though, even through the stress.

Never send my FAC in with my renewal.

Use whichever one is current.

I have all my previous licences.

I also have to congratulate Staffs/WMP for their efficiency too.

Yes, your new one hasn't started yet if the start date is next month so not valid 'till then.
