Reading some of the comments I would like to pose a question, what if some were to turn up in full Mossy Oak camo? Most of my hunting is done during the winter months, around here it starts getting cold middle to the end of October so it's time to keep warm. When I am out on the range during the cold weather and getting ready for hunting I like to wear the clothes I will be wearing for hunting, that is a mild/cold weather parka and gortex pants both in Mossy Oak and waterproof.

Realtree kit is great for outdoor stuff - I've been known to wear it head to toe for winter fishing trips, but do feel a bit of a pillock going into the supermarket for supplies on the way...and for the same reason wouldn't wear it 'head to toe' at Bisley - That said if I was competing in CSR in January; my Mossy Oak waterproof trousers with thinsulate lining would be just the job; and I wouldn't worry about what anyone thought...

Btw Blue; being an honorary Yank you might appreciate this...I was buying some kit from a US supplier, and noticed a Mossy Oak loo seat for sale...it's great; and matches the tiles beautifully

There's realtree everything in USA... "Duck Dynasty Fever" took over and everything had realtree/mossy oak camo applied to everything...

I was struggling to find stuff in Walmart when I went earlier this year and it was all camouflaged...

They're not on-duty military when they're shooting with a civilian rifle club. I could quote the Uniforms Act but it's plain common sense not to dress up as something you're not if you're likely to be mistaken for it. After all, I don't wear black trousers, a white shirt and black body armour when bimbling around London.

Conditions can be very grim on Century range during winter competitions, no-one waded out to ask this competitor to remove his cheap surplus waterproofs.
